TriNetX Analyze™ makes it easy for epidemiologists, pharmacovigilance, and clinical researchers to query and analyze real-world data without the cost, complexity and lengthy timelines of integrating stand-alone analytics tools and licensing third-party data separately.

TriNetX Analyze

  • Drive better commercial results by demonstrating medical and economic advantages over alternative treatments
  • Provide informed answers to consumers and health practitioners about possible adverse effects, medication conflicts, and other factors that may affect specific patient populations
  • Evaluate and demonstrate the safety of specific medications and treatments
  • Support label expansion efforts with real-world evidence of outcomes across distinct patient populations

Instant Insights and Analysis

Built on the TNX™ platform, TriNetX Analyze provides on-demand access to longitudinal clinical and genomic data and a set of highly intuitive analytics capabilities, enabling researchers to explore and compare cohorts, including reviewing cohort characteristics prior to an event and comparing outcomes of interest after the event.

Query Builder with Intelligent Synonym Search

Eliminates the need to be an expert in clinical terminology, a data scientist or even familiarity with SQL. With TriNetX’s Query Builder feature, researchers can easily find and select the diagnoses, medications, lab results, etc. that define the patients and outcomes they want to analyze.

Cohort Characteristics

Explore characteristics across cohorts, side-by-side to assess whether the cohorts are comparable/balanced. Researchers can quickly identify characteristics that differ across cohorts and identify potential confounders. TriNetX Analyze calculates a “signal” that shows how mathematically significant a difference is across cohorts.

Outcomes Analysis & Visualizations

Investigate and compare outcomes across cohorts in the following ways:

  • Measures of association – Compare incidence of outcomes that occur within the selected analysis time window in terms of risk difference and risk ratio. Look at confidence intervals and p values to assess statistical significance
  • Time-to-event – Compare the time for outcomes to occur across cohorts with Kaplan-Meier analysis to determine whether one cohort experiences the outcome more quickly than the other cohort
  • Lab distributions – Compare distributions of lab results to determine whether one cohort achieves different lab results than the other

Longitudinal Clinical & Genomic Data

TriNetX has partnered with healthcare organizations spanning 17 countries and thousands of sites, and with data providers covering 99% of US health plans to deploy a linked and continually updated global health research network representing over 300 million patients. Unlike traditional health research data sources, TriNetX aggregates information directly from electronic medical records (EMR) systems on a continuous basis, resulting in data that is current and more representative of the true patient population.

TriNetX partner healthcare organizations include a mix of hospital, primary care, and specialty treatment providers spanning a wide range of geographies, age groups, and income levels. The TriNetX data also includes laboratory results and other supporting information that is essential to the measurement of health outcomes.
