Becoming a TriNetX company

Our commitment to the InSite network and European hospital community

I’m pleased to announce that InSite and TriNetX are about to become one entity and I want to share the exciting opportunities this new relationship offers to our hospital partners.

Most importantly, the structure of the agreement allows us to retain our independence and puts us in control of the European market. We will continue to service you as we always have, but with the added support of the increased resources provided by TriNetX. It’s important to note that I will be the Managing Director of our European operation–which will now be known as InSite, a TriNetX company–and along with the existing InSite team will drive the combined organization’s European strategy and execution going forward.

We chose to become part of TriNetX because they share similar values and understand the importance of respecting the local culture andmaintaining privacy and security of your data.Although the two companies were launched in separate geographies, we share a commitment to strong governance and a global vision for clinical research. This synergy will enable us to continue to build on the strong foundation we have established here in Europe.

The most significant benefit of this unification to you is the increased exposure to more clinical trials. The TriNetX network has been used to analyze over 13,000 protocols and has presented over 3,400 trial opportunities to its healthcare organization (HCO) members. You will now become part of this larger network and will be able to present your organization to a growing audience of 29 pharma and CROs with the same safety and security you have always enjoyed.

TriNetX is the global health research network that optimizes clinical research and enables discoveries through the generation of real-world evidence. They combine real-time access to longitudinal clinical data with state-of-the-art analytics to rapidly answer complex research questions. TriNetX has partnered with HCOs spanning 17 countries and thousands of sites, and with data providers covering 99% of US health plans to deploy a linked and continually updated network representing over 300 million patients.

Our mission at InSite has always been to advance global clinical research and we are confident that becoming part of the TriNetX family is the best way to realize that vision. Thank you for your continued support as we move forward together to an exciting, mutually beneficial future. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me or any member of our organization.

Kind regards,
Brecht Claerhout
